<p>This 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Program is appropriate for serious students who would like to deepen their personal practice or start teaching yoga. This well rounded program will allow you to walk away with a strong foundation for the asana, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, safe sequencing, and a ROCK solid foundation in holistic health.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The time has come&#8230; All the hype and fear campaigns about the &#8220;flu season&#8221; are about to begin. What will you do this year?  Will you be feared into making poor health decisions? Will you believe the hype? Or will you get educated, make smart decisions for you and your family?</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a couple quick <strong>Thinking points:</strong><span id="more-97"></span><br />
-If you get a flu shot you still have the same chances of getting the flu. (hmmm)<br />
-If you get the flu, typically it&#8217;s bad for a couple of days, then you get better.<br />
-Building your immune system is a better strategy also safer with long term positive effects.<br />
-the &#8220;shot&#8221; remains controversial, long term side effects unknown, and made of things that would make the average healthy person sick.</p>
<p><strong>Tips:</strong> increase your vit D, reduce your stress, get adjusted, exercise daily, allow for rest, smile a lot, eat more organic foods!</p>

<p>Upon successful completion of your 200hr program you may become an RYT- Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance is the most widely recognized and accepted education and support organization for yoga in the United States.</p>
