Want to lose weight? To lose one (1) pound you have to burn 3500 calories. Simple formula: move more and eat less. Try this.. 5 fitness classes per wk, burn 500+ cal per class. (spin, core fitness, boot camp, power yoga.) = 2500. Then eat out one less time per week = 1000 cal. (thats right avg meal when eat out). Thats 1lb per wk, 4-5 lbs per month.
