300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Do you already have a 200 hour yoga alliance certification? Deepen your studies with us.... This 300 hour yoga alliance certified course will allow you to combine your 200 hour with our 300 hour to become 500 hour certified.  

Overview


Balance Health Studio’s Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training is designed to deepen your personal practice, assist you personally and professionally on your yoga path. We spread our program out over time because it takes time to grow, to learn, to blossom. If you are already certified (in any tradition) at the 200-hour level this course is for you!


Who should apply?


Anyone who has a deep love for yoga and is 200 hour certified.


Program Schedule/Requirements:


Our advanced vinyasa teacher training program consists of 11 individual modules to complete your 300-hour requirements. These modules can be taken at your own pace, individually or consecutively as scheduled. The 300-hour requirements consist of 9 core modules and 2 electives of your choice.
