The core rules are simple: If it comes from a root plant tree, grows in the garden and swims in the sea – it’s meant for you to eat. Everything else doesn’t belong in your body.
Now don’t confuse simple for easy. Only one-ingredient foods are entering your body. Bread, pasta, crackers or anything else that comes with a nutritional label does not belong in your body.
Here’s our top tips to make following God’s Garden diet as simple as possible:
- Choose organic whenever possible, so you are not (unknowingly) consuming toxic chemicals.
- When in doubt, don’t. If you’re not sure if what you’re eating meets the one-ingredient rule, choose to go without.
- Certain foods just not agreeing with you? Food sensitivities can be triggered by ANY food, so if something doesn’t agree with you, just eliminate it and stay the course.
