Adrenals, Anesthesia, And More… | Episode 88
This week’s clinical insight is about a patient of mine who was in on her second visit for her shoulder. The body believes every word you say and whatever you say most, the body’s going to go with that. If you say “I’m old” or “I’m tired”, your cells begin to take on those beliefs. The conversation this patient was having with her body is too much like most of ours about all the things going wrong in her body. It started with a sore shoulder and ended with her rambling about how she might die. Whoa! Until that part of health is addressed, nothing I can do is ever going to really fix her issues. In addition, her husband was with her and they started talking together about how bad everything was. I had to calm them both down and try to reset the conversation out of this spiral. I had to work on both of them and the way they view human health. How you talk to yourself makes a huge difference. When we start to ask our body what it needs, we start to get different answers.
Watch the live show below:
This weekend, I was in a room with 40 or 50 doctors and we spend a lot of time just geeking out. While I was at this seminar, my friend Alan brought his heart recorder. It gives feedback on the different waves, almost like a heart chart. The most interesting part, though, is that the clinician can immediately give immediate treatment for heart health. And what’s wild is that you see the results in seconds! It’s a reminder that every single thing you put in your body makes a difference.
Another friend, a 35-year-old petite doctor, was using the machine and it was taking a little longer than normal. After about 30 or 40 minutes without changes, people started to wonder what was going on. One of the doctors, who was trained in NET or Neural Emotional Technique, came to see if there was something deeper going on. As he narrowed it down, he found out that there was a deep, emotional issue with unfulfillment and abandonment in her life. She went from stone cold to tears rolling down her face. As her energy pathway was cleared, she went back to the heart recorder and it was totally clear. Being aware of the emotions we’ve buried and covered can have a huge effect on our overall health.
The workshop I was at was all about the hypothalamus, HP access, and dysregulations. We discussed the impact of things like anesthesia, whiplash, medications, and so many other things. The HP stands for Hypothalamus and Pituitary. They are key to the communication between all your glands. That’s why every thyroid case is actually also a pituitary case. Even something like anesthesia shuts down your internal communications and can disrupt your HP access. This can affect your mood, your hormones, your appetite, your sleep, and so much more. And because you can’t identify it in blood work, many people never get properly diagnosed. This disruption can also occur through emotional traumas as well.
What’s being massively overlooked in people who have had Covid is the adrenal glands. When we get exposed to the virus, our white blood cells go into battle and many of them will be killed off, sometimes up to a million cells per second. In the end, when we’ve survived, our body is using all its resources to replicate those cells, and often, those cells are weaker. Afterward, most people aren’t revitalizing their system or cleaning themselves out. It would be as if you had a fire in your house and then didn’t do any cleaning or replacement. This is how disease and dysfunction happen in the human body.
1. For someone who is reducing dairy for its effect on inflammation, is butter still okay?
Yes, because the fat and the protein are still intact, the body can function well with it. In addition, it’s usually less than 1% lactose, so it should still be fine. Even cheese, if you eat grass-fed and organic cheese and don’t overindulge, can be fine in a dairy-reducing diet. Just stay away from the orange cheese, yuck. Remember, if it’s not organic, you’re voluntarily putting poison in your body.
2. I just moved here full time and my bulldog has severe allergies, he currently eats high-grade turkey kibble food. What can I do?
First, you need to go on a raw food diet. This isn’t some new-age thing, think about what a dog eats in the wild, it’s certainly not anything dried or processed in any way. You need to feed them what’s made for them. You can also add Canine Whole Body Support, just double the recommended dose so you can address their deficiencies.
3. Can you reverse extensive arterial calcification?
First, you have to stop it by cleaning up the diet and not making your body use more “duct tape”. You have to be very strategic, especially in concert with other medications. You’ll want to get in touch with a practitioner like me who can help you come up with an individualized plan. You can also do a virtual consult with me by contacting Balance Health Studio at 850.231.9288 or info@balance30a.com.
4. There’s lots of talk about 5G technology, how does that impact our bodies?
We, as humans, are just electrical units and conductors of energy. So the more currents that flow through the air, the more they will affect us. As always, the best way to handle it is to get the inflammation out of your body. This allows your body to communicate at its best and allows you to combat any interfering. You can try earthing, which is as simple as putting your feet on the earth, getting out in the sun, and eating real food. Then, just take every opportunity you can to turn off the wifi and BlueTooth.
And last, but not least, this week’s action to become superhuman is…
Talk Better To Yourself
Every day, I see people whose words are killing them. If you change those words, you can change your life.
