LIVE Q&A: Your Health Questions Answered | Episode 49

by | May 14, 2021 | The Health Made Simple Show

Due to the large number of questions that we get every week, we’re doing another Q&A.

Thanks for all your questions! When I’m in practice, everything is on the table. Health is everything. While my labels are a chiropractor and an acupuncturist, the truth is that I’m a healthcare facilitator.

I approach health from a holistic and functional stance meaning that I examine everything. Your body, your lifestyle, your emotions, your relationships, and your environment all impact your health.

Anything is on the table for this Q&A.

As a reminder, this is advice and my perspective. If you want to work with me as a patient, we do online appointments.

In case you missed it…

Dr. Bart Answers….

[7:50] I have tested positive for the Epstein-Barr virus. What does this mean and can I do anything about it?

Epstein Barr is a virus. Around 90-95% of the adults in our country test positive for having Epstein-Barr antibodies.

This is significant because we don’t kill viruses like we kill bacteria. Our bodies hold onto and neutralize viruses.

Epstein Barr is a “stealth pathogen.” Stealth pathogens are very intelligent and begin mimicking other cells in your body. Epstein-Barr in particular mimics your white blood cells, confusing your immune system.

No one medication knocks down Epstein Barr. What knocks it down is a strong host, meaning a healthy you. At our practice, we have a stealth pathogen protocol that handles things like Epstein Barr.

When our immune system is weak, the Epstein Barr virus will use that as an opportunity to spread to other cells in our bodies.

When we do a blood test, the majority of people will test positive for IGG antibodies. IGGs are long-term antibodies. When it comes to stealth pathogens, they lie deep in the tissue. The Epstein-Barr virus loves to bury itself in the liver and the thyroid gland.

The excretion from the virus causes problems like toxins and inflammation in the body.

If you’re interested in healing this up, please call the office and ask for the stealth pathogen protocol.

[24:48] Do you have any supplement recommendations for high blood pressure?

With high blood pressure, your heart starts to pump harder and increase the pressure inside the actual atrial wall.

It does this because there’s a nutrient deficiency. It pumps harder to increase circulation and bring more nutrients to your tissues, organs, and muscles.

Having too much weight on your body also causes high blood pressure. So if you’re overweight, get back to your ideal weight.

Also, make sure to get enough sleep. When you sleep, your body heals.

If you’re overeating, over-stressed, and under-rested, your body needs more nutrients.

Let’s assume you’re working on being at your ideal weight and getting enough sleep, then you should take vitamin G

Vitamin G is part of the B complex, and this part of the complex is a dilator, opening things up and lowering blood pressure.

[32:37] Is 5G bad for you from your phone?

Our body is an electrical conduit. So if you put another electrical source there, like 5G, you’re going to have some level of interfernce with your frequencies. Our brains, which are higher density areas for electrical currents, are most significantly impacted by 5G.

I think it’s silly to think that we can just keep polluting the airwaves and that they won’t have an effect later down the line.

Logic is fast. Science is slow. It may be years before there is hard science for this. Thankfully, there are a lot of healing EMF modalities out there. There are grounding mats that you can lay on and things you can put on your phones.

[38:21] I have someone who has tested positive for extremely high levels of herpes type one. I have been curious how that high viral load will play into his overall health post-cancer.

Herpes is a stealth pathogen. I think that stealth pathogens play a massive role in getting cancer. Remember, all they want to do is take over cells, and when they take over cells, it makes the cell weaker.

Fasting can very effectively lower the viral load.

Being post-cancer, focus on gut health. Inflammation markers need to come down. With a stealth pathogen, you have to go after it. It’s not an option because cancer cells are opportunist cells. They want to grab other cells, kill them off, and make them into cancer cells.

With herpes, focus on overall welling being. Get chiropractic adjustments and keep the body clean. Sleep is also critical.

    Dr. Bart Also Answers….

[29:05] How does high viral load affect your overall health and how do we lessen it?

[30:42] Is it important to detox heavy metals as a child?

[34:56] Do you have any recommendations for osteoporosis? I’m only 58 and have already broken my wrist.

[41:37] I’m a sedentary 75-year-old. During COVID isolation, I lost all the weight I wanted to. I wouldn’t mind a pound or two more but not essential. Should I keep trying intermittent fasting?

[45:40] Is the virus that causes strep a stealth pathogen?

[46:55] I’m suffering from a burning mouth at the moment, and doctors can’t tell me why. They’re treating me with antibiotics for oral thrush.

[49:25] Would a group B strep be the result of the Epstein-Barr virus? My body tends to be holding onto GBS. Also, I think it could be from my root canal.

[52:11] If we don’t clear the virus after doing your stealth pathogen protocol once, do we do it again?

[54:13] My 85-year old mom has had many months of diarrhea in the middle of the night from 2-5 AM, several days a week. I’ve suggested she take some organic apple cider vinegar in water each day, and this has helped a lot. I’ve encouraged her to wean off the Omeprazole that she’s been on for years.

[57:31] Is chronic fatigue syndrome an autoimmune issue?

[58:59] I am in my seventies. Healthy except for mild, occasional asthma, and I’m slim except for my belly area, which has gradually added maybe 7-10 pounds to my weight. I’ve heard that exercise won’t get rid of that fat. What do you recommend I do?

What is one action that we can take today after this episode to move us toward becoming superhuman?

When it comes to your health, act as if there’s a gun to your head. Fully commit to your health like you’re in the moment where you get a diagnosis. If you can apply that moment now, then that’s leveling up.
