Yogis and yoginis come together in a lighthearted environment for individual, partner and family yoga fun! Age and developmentally appropriate poses, animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques awaken the inner-child of all age participants. Laughter and love fill the class and is sure to inspire the entire family’s relationship.
This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers too!

Michelle Gunnell owns Yoga Krewe studio in Gretna, LA. A former schoolteacher, Michelle brings yoga to students in daycares, schools, yoga studios, Children’s Hospital and libraries in the Southeast.
