1. What is the Carnivore Challenge?

2. Can soundwave therapy help treat arthritis?
Also referred to as “shockwave therapy;” this modality operates similarly to receiving an ultrasound. When the sound rays reach broken or damaged tissue, it starts to break it down further to ignite a stem cell response. 3. Is a food hangover real?
Not only is it real, but it is often a crummy feeling that many people overlook as “normal” or a mistake for another problem. Your body could be trying to tell you to stop consuming a certain food, and you don’t even know it!
