I just moved – why can’t I sleep?

There are 3 primary stressors that can negatively interfere with your energy: a loss of love (e.g friend moving away, losing a loved one), an inability to exchange (eg. lack of money), and moving. When you uproot your foundation to a new place, you need to take the time to reroot to become stable again. Make a mindful effort to continue your sleep, eating, and exercise routines. Don’t forget to give yourself some grace after a big change – it typically takes someone 6 – 12 months to fully recover after moving. 

Are probiotics a good place to start if I have stomach issues?

Probiotics are the #1 most recommended tool for gut issues across healthcare, but depending on how much healing has to be done, it may be too powerful to start with. Instead, they need to be used strategically and at the right time. Instead, first focus on eliminating foods and substances that don’t serve your body first. Then, focus on detox. Consider using GI Adsorb to support your daily detox, and slowly work up to incorporating a daily probiotic.

Why is it harder to lose weight as we age?

Aging itself doesn’t make it harder to lose weight. As time goes on, our bodies become increasingly congested with toxins and backup elimination pathways. Because fat cells are also built to store toxins, it becomes harder to burn them. If you want to lose weight, focus on living a clean lifestyle first. Eliminate sugar, gluten, and alcohol from your diet, and eliminate as many toxic products from your household as possible.
