LIVE Q&A: Your Health Questions Answered | Episode 64

by | Aug 5, 2021 | The Health Made Simple Show

We’re back this week with another live Q&A session! We had so much good feedback and so many great questions after the last one, we decided to do it again.

Watch the live show below:

1. What happens if I get the Delta strain?

As with any health issue, the most important tool you have to fight it is knowledge. Every virus has multiple strains. This particular variant has an affinity for the nose and mouth and the mucus in the sinuses. The data is currently telling us that it’s more contagious, but not more deadly. The reason we see such a spike in cases in hospitalization is simply a combination of that level of contagiousness and the wave we’re experiencing right now. Also, Delta has a different symptomatology than regular COVID, more like a head cold. You might experience stuffiness, sore throat and diarrhea, but you might not experience loss of taste or smell.

Since the Delta strain particularly targets your mucosal lining, the best thing you can do is to build it up and provoke it to be healthy and robust. Before you go anywhere you’ll be around people, take some sprays of the Herbal Throat Spray, it will strengthen that mucosal lining and help prevent you from catching the virus. In addition, you can take Sinus Forte, which will strengthen your entire sinus health. If you’re traveling, don’t forget to pack your Zypan, which will keep your overall immune health strong.

As always, alcohol, fast food and sugar are bad for the immune system. Sugar will depress the immune system one hour for every 20 grams taken. In addition, avoid decongestants and antacids which will suppress the body’s natural tools to fight viruses. You can always level up your Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and add in healthy foods and exercise for general immune support.

2. Is Zinc better for me than Immunoplex?

Zinc is important for the body, but you don’t want to overload your system because the most important thing is bio-availability and making sure it works synergistically with the copper in your body. If you think you may have a zinc deficiency, the best thing you can do is contact my office and have us send you a free zinc test. If you find you are deficient, there’s a three step process you can use to help restore your levels.

First, Zinc Chelate will make sure the zinc your taking is available for your body to use it in the way it needs to. Then Chezyn, a harmony blend of zinc and copper, will make sure they’re both working in concert in your body so you’re not becoming deficient in either. After those, taking Immuplex will help you get your necessary amount of zinc while helping your system function better as a whole. You can always contact omy office and schedule a zoom call if you want to get a specific plan for your needs.

 3. I took a lozenge but I had a coating on my tongue for hours, am I low in zinc?

Probably not, but the best way to find out is by ordering the zinc test and finding out.

4. What are your thoughts on eating for your blood type?

I don’t use the strategy clinically, however anything that’s awareness based is good. If you’re becoming more aware of what you’re putting in your body and making more conscious choices, that’s a great step.

5. I’ve got pain in my upper right abdomen, I’m doubling over, could it be my gallbladder?

It certainly could be, those are symptoms of a sludgy gallbladder. There could be many causes such as prolonged stress, prolonged synthetic dominance, estrogen dominance, fried food, processed food, chemicals and glyphosate. The bile in your gallbladder gets sludgy, it clogs up your system and the clogging causes the pain. However, there are many options you can try before a surgical removal. It’s important to clean up your diet and try intermittent fasting to give your body a timeout. AF BETA FOOD is a product you take 10-15 times a day for 10 days straight to help clean your body out.

6. My 4 year old has a pattern of fever, body ache and stomach ache. What does it mean?

The likelihood is mini infections, which can actually be helpful in building up the adaptive immune system. There could likely be a calcium deficiency, also. Calcium Lactate Powder could help mitigate the fever, it’s a product that should be in everyone’s medicine cabinet. Also, if there is an associated butt itch at night time, you could be dealing with a parasite.

7. I’ve been reading about fulvic acid to help with allergies. Should I try it?

Fulvic acid is safe, it’s a byproduct of trace minerals and natural elements. It makes everything work better. However, a better allergy strategy would be the aforementioned Sinus Forte or Allerplex, which is like immunoplex for people with chronic allergies.

 8. I’ve been getting up earlier and going back to bed later, setting my eating window back to 12 hours. How many days should I go back to an 8 hour window for intermittent fasting to be effective?

Any day you do intermittent fasting is a victory. Any timeout is good for the body. A really good schedule to strive for might be a 5-2 schedule with 5 days of a 14-16 hour window and 2 days without fasting. But remember, do any good thing on any day and do your best to keep and preserve the momentum!

9. I’ve been reading a lot about coffee enemas, is there a better way to get rid of parasites?

Everyone’s got parasites, getting rid of them will help give you a strong body, with no invaders inside, to fight off viruses. I recommend Wormwood Complex. You take 6 a day for 10 days, then take 10 days off, then take 6 a day for 10 more days. That will help rid your body of the parasites and any additional eggs that may have been left inside. What’s best for parasites though is our stealth pathogen protocol – get in touch with balance health studio for more info at 850-231-9288 or info@balance30a.com

10. What should I do for gout?

Gout is technically a kidney issue. Things are not getting filtered properly, crystals are recirculating throughout the body and they end up in the joints. This is a long term build up, so simply cutting out red meat and alcohol when you feel pain won’t cut it. You need to back off alcohol and protein and add more veggies to your diet well before then. In addition Boswellia Complex and Phosfood Liquid help break down the crystals causing pain. You can also take Arginex to strengthen your kidneys.
