Join Stephanie for a special Harvest Moon Yoga Nidra — a guided journey into deep rest, courage, and gratitude. Just days after climbing Half Dome, she brings the mountain’s wisdom into this practice: the steady breath, the courage to keep going, and the gratitude that blooms at the summit. Under October’s Harvest Moon, we’ll rest, release, and gather the fruits of our own journeys.

✨ Props are provided, but any added comfort is welcomed as you build your own nest of rest. Please also bring your journal to capture reflections after practice.

Stretch, Strengthen & Release for Better Performance

This monthly clinic combines functional mobility training and myofascial release to help you move better, reduce pain, and support long-term performance. Whether you’re playing pickleball or tennis, training in the gym, or simply feeling stiff from daily life, you’ll learn effective techniques to improve range of motion, reduce tension, and build strength through stretch. Each session includes guided mobility drills, targeted MFR (using simple tools), strength-based stretching, and recovery-focused breathwork. No yoga experience needed — just smart movement designed to keep you in the game, pain-free and performing at your best.
